Mexico has arrived and, of course, not just any. Again, we have carefully selected and targeted all of you who appreciate fullness, body and lower acidity. Chiapas coffee has an unpretentious character, but perhaps it is its straightforwardness cut by sweetness and pleasant fruitiness that makes it a great candidate for everyday use.

Mexico wears a two-tone leotard! Blue for daredevils, who will welcome a little acidity in espresso, the coffee can then be used for drips and drips, red suppresses acidity and brings more bitterness.
